TK Elbow Bands Demo 2 - Weighted Dumbell Pull Ups

Here I am doing a dumbbell weighted pull up with 17.5 kgs DB between my feet (I weigh 71kg so this is an extra 25 % over my body weight I am pulling up). I use the TK Bands (black supports on my elbows) to provide warmth & support to my elbows. They keep the joint super warm and prevent tendonitis on the inside & outside of the elbow. I used to suffer tendonitis in both elbows due to lots of pulling exercises & spotting but now I have no problems at all. I simply could not train without these now (hence my rather rubbery appearence - knee bands, waist bands & elbow bands) I have not had an overuse injury in 2 years and I used to be in chronic pain all the time. I LOVE these TK Bands!
